The house overlooks the beach of Gea (Golfo Aranci), which can be reached on foot in 1 minute; the beach of Sos Aranzos is within a 5-minute walk. Ideal for a family vacation, it is also great for groups of friends who want to spend a holiday with their children and let them play outdoors before or after a swim in the sea. A small group of friends can discover different beaches every day and in the evening, perhaps, go out in the nearby and lively city of Olbia. Once parked in the private parking lot inside the property immediately after the external gate, you will enter our structure pampered by the noise of birds and sea breeze, typical Mediterranean vegetation and beds of succulent plants. Our villa is not the usual beach house, it is furnished and designed to be lived all year round with the typical Sardinian granite verandas that characterize it. Our circular veranda leads you to the entrance lounge where there is a sofa with a Sardinian wooden table. From the right, you enter the kitchen area which has a perfectly functioning gas hob, coffee machine, fridge. From the entrance lounge, we enter the hallway consisting of a bathroom complete with all sanitary facilities and a shower cubicle, then the master bedroom entrance which has two wardrobes of exquisite craftsmanship and great value with a window overlooking the outdoor veranda; finally, we find the other room, consisting of a bunk bed and overlooking the other side of the outdoor veranda. Going outside on the veranda, we find stairs that lead to the fantastic garden characterized by typical Mediterranean plants, roses, olive groves, hedges that overlook the beach and the fantastic islands of Tavolara (on the right) Capo Figari (on the left, in the Gulf of Golfo Aranci) where you can admire the sunrise, sunset and fantastic starry nights undisturbed by any type of city light. The spaces are open, large and bright. Throughout the house, there are ample and comfortable compartments where personal effects and luggage can be stored. The veranda, characterized by typical Sardinian stone thresholds, offers a panorama of the fantastic Gulf of Olbia and Golfo Aranci. Here you can fully enjoy breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs and dinners outdoors with a panorama and unparalleled tranquility. You will have 2 parking spaces right in front of the property that are private. The property offers a Smart TV in the living room and it is possible to access Netflix, Youtube and other applications thanks to Wi-Fi connection. You will also find towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, duvet, a Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We ask you not to throw materials other than toilet paper in the toilet, this could cause the blockage of the drainage pipes and the intervention of a sewage truck.
