Были в Санкт-Петербурге с 25.08.16 по 28.08.16. Все понравилось, квартира прекрасная и уютная, до центра можно добраться за 30 мин. наземным транспортом. Лидия отзывчива. Все супер!

We had a wonderful one-month stay in Saint Petersburg in this apartment. Lidia was away when we were there, but her friend Tatiana greeted us and helped us settle in, and Lidia always communicated rapidly to answer any questions we had. The only issue was the hot water, which went off a few times, and at others was so hot you had to be careful touching the faucets. The nicest thing about staying here for us was the neighborhood, the location being directly across the street from a large green park. It was a bit of a trip to and from the city center to see museums and sights, but it was also a great relief to return to a tranquil and green neighborhood rather than staying in the hectic urban touristy areas all the time. It was also really lovely to be able to take days off from the sightseeing agenda to just stay home and relax and feel very comfortable and tranquil.

Лидия безумно гостеприимная и отзывчивая хозяйка! Во время прибывания, у нас сломалось машина и Лидия охотно нам помогла, разрешить этот вопрос... Единственный недостаток вода (вода имеет странный запах)!!! На наш взгляд необходимо поставить кулер с питьевой водой или фильтр, так как носить 5 л. воды ежедневно из магазина было не очень удобно!
