Great stay in Denver! We really enjoyed our time at Allen’s place. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great spot for a solo traveler like me. Honestly didn’t need a car rental. Since I was just staying local. Came for a red rocks show and took a shuttle from Union Station & easy to get on the train as well. The penthouse was adorable and had a great view. <3 thank you Allan.

Our stay was incredible. Allan's penthouse is in the perfect location to enjoy the city life & close enough to the mountains and outdoor activities. Allan was thorough, thoughtful and extremely prepared. The apartment was clean and organized and had all the essentials. Additional note- If you rent a car you really do need to get a small one for the garage space. There are a few flights of steps to the penthouse so if you have accessibility needs this may not work for you.

Allan's penthouse exceeded all expectations. The location is fantastic, the property itself is well maintained, the amenities and overall aesthetic was phenomenal. Even with other people on the property, the space felt private and secluded while being in the center of everything. Would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity.
