Krista and Brad’s home was perfect for a spring break getaway with our toddler. The home is exactly as pictured and we loved how kid-friendly it was with a high chair, books, toys…and no stairs! We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the backyard. The location is also ideal. You’re a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Brad and Krista were very communicative and friendly. We highly recommend staying here!

Great place, just as advertised. Very kid friendly home: games, art supplies and sand toys. Central to Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara. Having the yard to play in was great. The house was clean, comfy beds and lots of kitchen supplies should you choose to cook.

Magical spot for our young family. The layout and amenities were so thoughtful we felt right at home. Super comfortable beds and cozy clean spaces. Loved eating in the garden and playing games in the yard. Loved walking to the beach and making quick stops at the great shops and restaurants at Montecito Country Mart.

The home was a perfect base for visiting Montecito/Santa Barbara. Walkable to main street, shops, beach. Easy on and off highway. Kitchen was equipped for us to prepare a home-cooked dinner. Very clean (I’m a stickler). Beds very comfortable. Nice outdoor space, but we couldn’t take advantage because it was very rainy during our visit. I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb again!
