Rachel was a fantastic host and her place was perfect for a long weekend exploring Brighton. The flat is beautiful, with high ceilings letting all the natural light in on a sunny day. Location was brilliant with everything being walking distance from the flat, and parking was pretty easy too (we paid for permits). Rachel was really helpful throughout the stay and provided lots of great recommendations - thanks to Rachel, myself and my partner will be returning imminently for the Real Patisserie Pistachio Bites! Couldn't recommend this place more.

This flat is fantastic. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to the beach, and close to loads of great restaurants, coffee shops etc. Rachel is a brilliant host - really friendly, helpful and responsive. The flat itself is lovely, especially the really big and comfortable front room. And it's so nice to stay somewhere that is actually someone's home, rather than a faceless atmosphere-less airbnb business. The only thing I would advise is to check that the small bed isn't too small for any children that might be sleeping in it - but Rachel was also really helpful about this as well. HIGHLY recommended!

Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room. 1st time we have stayed in an Airbnb home and we will definitely do so again, particularly in Brighton. We were given lots of information by Rachel who was very helpful.

Rachel's place is very clean and warm, feeling like home. It provides a lot of what you need. The location is great, very convenient for a lot of indie restaurants and shops and the sea. The neighbours are very nice and friendly. We had a great time living there and exploring the beautiful Brighton starting from there.
