Cozy and family apartment that has been in the family for three generations. Ideal for 1 or 4 people (1 double bed in the room and sofa bed in the living room). It faces the sea in an old fisherman's house. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, Tv, very important clim in the south !! ;) Public parking behind the house. Train station sncf 5 minutes walk. Airport & racecourse at 10 mn by car. The seaside promenade is also accessible to bicycles, rollerblading. Old fisherman's house, near the small port of Cros de Cagnes. Coquet crossing flat, located facing the Sea close to all trade. Public parking next door. Train station sncf 5 minutes walk. Airport & Hypodrome 10 minutes by car. Market 2 / week Tuesday and Thursday as well as many exhibitions!

Vista che non delude le aspettative.L 'alloggio è piccolino ma completo di ogni cosa tu abbia bisogno..i letti sono molto comodi .comoda a tutti i servizi da trasporti agli alimentari.Se si ha fortuna si trova parcheggio gratis a 5minuti a piedi dalla casa presso la via della stazione.Consigliatissimo.

This charming little apartment is surrounded by restaurants and just down the street from the train station. We got a cab from Nice but if we went again we would certainly just hope on another train, it was very easy. The apartment is just like in the pictures say it is and you can see the water. There are many places to eat and good transport options. I hope we can come back one day. Thanks Morgan. Emmy

Great location, clean and wonderful home - just blocks from the train station to get wherever you’d like to go and steps from the beach. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would stay here if ever in the area again!

Уютная интересно обставленная французская квартира . Просторная гостиная , удобная спальная, функциональная кухня. Есть все для отдыха и масса полезных мелочей . Расположение прекрасное - все рядом .
