I strongly advise against staying at this AirBnB. The host, "Linzy," imposed unlisted rules like a window ban and a $500 carpet cleaning fee for dirt b/c she said I could not use the garage to exit. The room provided differed from advertised pictures. A guest, "Tina," who turned out to be Linzy in disguise, tried selling unlisted parking. My backpack with vital documents was withheld, requiring police intervention. The host falsely accused me of leaving doors open and unlocked. Numerous issues like a broken dishwasher, undisclosed parking fees, and a cramped room with a crib added to the distress. AirBnB's response was unsatisfactory; they initially waived then charged a $900 cancellation fee for my 3-month stay. This deceptive and distressing experience, along with AirBnB's siding with the host despite evidence, has led me to cease using their services permanently. I rate this experience 1/10 and caution others to avoid this host and seek accommodations that offer dignity and honesty

Staying at Kiki's was in total a nice experience! She was very friendly and helpful. Although we were kind of surprised, that we only had one room with a king sized bed, which is not Kiki's fault. While searching for an apartment I used the filter "two people" AND "two bedrooms" and this apartment appeared. Again, this is of course not Kiki's fault, but for all those who are looking for the same, this ist just a heads up! :) Everything else was fine! There was water, coffee and also some things for breakfast (eg waffles), which we could use for free! One little minus point: every time we tried to call an uber, they couldn't find us. For some reason the street address wouldn't show up on maps, which is strange. Also when driving home with an uber, we also had to show him the way back (only the last minute of the drive though). Besides these small issues, we had a wonderful stay at Kiki's! :) Thanks again for everything.
