The place is managed by Luis and his nephew Teo. They are good people and met us at the home to welcome us. Overall the place has nice amenities especially since we were there for a long term stay. The building is close to a bunch of grocery places but is not a tourist spot. People are friendly though and it's not a dangerous place for visitors. Highly recommend.

It was a beautiful appartement. Very practical and new : WiFi working very well. Kitchen practical.  Market around to buy good fruits and vegetable. We were very happy. A very big TV also. The only thing is the noise all the time because of the road very near.

Exelent location. Apartment was super clean and as you see it on the pictures. I will stay here again and will recommend to friends and family
