This is probably our favorite location in Telluride. I like being close to the main street through town, but tucked down closer to the river. We liked both There and Siam, both restaurants very close to the apartment. It’s a very easy walk everywhere. We didn’t even use our rental car except one day to drive around taking pictures in the back country. My husband has a favorite fly fishing guide here and we’re getting to know the local bartenders. We plan on returning to Telluride every fall. I highly recommend Brooke’s apartment.

Brooke's condo is very well located in downtown Telluride. The neighborhood is quiet and full of trees. We were able to jet off to the theaters and restaurants with ease during the film festival. The bed is very comfortable and the bath and kitchen are modern. Brooke was very responsive with any questions that we had.

The place was a good location, about 5 minutes walking from the main town area. The host was excellent, super responsive to my questions and provided help as needed. The condo had everything we needed, including dishes/cookware, toiletries, towels, and shampoo/conditioner. There were only two things I would note: the bed and bedding were sub-par. We slept there for 5 nights, and the pillows, sheets, and mattress were all pretty uncomfortable. The second thing I that the place looks like it has been worn a lot since the photos were taken. The walls and cabinets were kinda marked up and the place was a bit more “lived in” than the photos made it look like. The instruction/stay booklet was pretty beat up with food and drink stains and tears in the page. Overall, I’d probably stay again because of the good price compared to other places, but it could do with a little touching up.

We appreciated the layout of the space giving us room to relax in the living room couch area as well as prepare meals in the kitchen. The frig worked great and we felt safe in the area. It was pretty quiet overall. The bed was comfortable although we would suggest considering flipping the mattress as this can really help with keeping the mattress more even. We loved the shower, towels and the kitchen. We were challenged by the internet going in and out since we were also there for work. Perhaps checking to see if the router can be upgraded or something added for more even power. The location was perfect for walking to and from our activities. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Exactly the way it was presented. Got one of the assigned parking spots and never moved for 3 days. Great bed, great bathroom and weren’t there enough to use anything else! So conveniently located and walkable to everything! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Perfect for 2, and got answers to any questions. The only problem getting in was just because I did not realize I was at the back door! All was good once I realized the issue. Thank you for a wonderful place and stay!
