Villa is not as described or pictured at all. Large ongoing building work has changed the appearance of the complex vastly from the pictures and description. The photos show beautiful gardens and a BBQ area which is no longer there and has been replaced with a building site of new villas and a faux leaf fence. The authorised onsite friend who is mentioned in the listing actually lives on site, greets new arrivals, charges a largersecurity deposit than advertised (750 rather than 500 TL), argued with us about check out the day before check out (after we had received confirmation on booking that a late check out was ok), appeared to invite friends to swim in the pool and drink wine (they didn’t stay so weren’t paying guests) and was generally quite invasive. He complained about leaving the sun umbrellas erected whilst we left the pool area for lunch, but let others leave there’s up. No sun lounger cushions for sun beds due to covid, yet no soft furnishings had been removed from the villa. This friend appeared to spend a large amount of time living with one of the paying guests, and indeed allowed them to take late night swims in the pool whilst we were warned we had to be out of the pool by 8pm. Pool area has lots of cracked tiles requiring repair and the grills desperately need cleaning to remove the black mould. The third bedroom is at best a cheap promo room from a cheap hotel. Slanted ceiling means that adults occupying the double bedded room cannot stand up straight, no storage space for storing clothes in the room so have to use other bedrooms for storage. And no curtains meaning the sun is in the room from 6.30 am. Kitchen facilities were lacking, not enough kitchen utensils, no serving bowls, hob didn’t really work and if you used more than 2 rings the fuses in the house blew. Not enough chairs at either the dining table inside or the dining table outside for a house m, that will occupy 6 people only 4 chairs with either table. No furniture on either balcony, numerous shutters broken and wouldn’t operate. Washing machine temperamental, gets clothes stuck on a cycle. If you are planning a trip here you will require tea towels, dishcloths, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil - essentially everything you would need to set up a house from scratch.
