This spot exceeded our expectations. They really thought of EVERYTHING! From kitchen amenities, to snacks, coffee, a beautiful stove 🤩, to a perfectly clean bathroom, bedding, furniture, ALL OF IT! We were even greeted by a friendly and very handsome cat. We've been traveling for volleyball and this place was the absolute best spot we had all season. Great way to end our girls' season. Thank y'all so much!

This is one of the best Airbnb stays I have had. The beds were super comfortable, well appointed kitchen, comfortable living room, quiet neighborhood, great price. This is a steal, I'll come again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Elm St Cottage. The booking process was very easy and our host was very responsive to my questions prior to our stay. We were visiting Thibodaux for the first time to see our daughter and watch her boyfriend play baseball at Nicholls (Go #25!!!!). The home was so charming with personal and local touches in all of the décor. The space was roomy enough for our group of four to feel comfortable and right at home. We enjoyed take out lunch together from some local favorites in the cool shade of the beautiful oaks in the backyard. While our stay did not call for any cooking this time, the kitchen was well stocked and the dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal together. We woke up each morning well rested in the comfy beds. My only regret from visit was not being able to stay longer. I would highly recommend this location if you find yourself wanting to visit Thibodaux!

The house was just as pictured and the area was private and worth what we paid. We paid for this airbnb and we would’ve paid twice as much for a hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending!
