Vrachos Beach · 整套别墅 · 3室6床2.5卫 · 可住8人 · Boutique Beachfront Villa on Semi-Private Beach
Charming waterfront villa with antique Greek-style furniture, on the shores of the Ionian sea, across the islands of Paxi and Corfu. Secluded semi-private beach next to beautiful fishing village, 1,500 sqm of private grounds with olive and fruit-bearing trees. Villa Efelli is located on Lygia Beach, between the village of Lygia and the beach of Vrachos-Loutsa, and halfway between the towns of Preveza and Parga, on the shores of the Ionian Sea in Northwestern Greece, and across from the islands of Paxi and Corfu. Easiest access to the villa is from the port town of Igoumenitsa to the north or the airport of Preveza/Aktion to the south (see Directions & Access for details) Built on a hillside that gently slopes into the beach, the house boasts stunning views of the coastline and the open sea. Spectacular sunsets are a daily luxury and can be seen from every angle of the property. Equally beautiful are the usually crystal clear star-filled nights that can be enjoyed unobstructed from the open patio-deck or the beach. Lush greenery, olive trees, and sandy beaches with pristine blue waters surround the property. The beach in front of the property is secluded, as very few people have access to it. The crystal clear blue waters are full of beautiful volcanic reef and sea life, which makes it ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Boat owners can anchor right in front of the house, and easily explore the nearby beaches and islands. The villa’s interior is full of character that gives a genuine feel of a traditional Greek home. Much of the furniture and fixtures belonged to our families for generations.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind dankbar für die schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist der Strand, wenn man die Treppe ein paar Stufen hinunter geht.
Excellent host and good communication. We really enjoyed this place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, with a unique vibe. Being able to breakfast with a unique view on the sea. semi private beach, outdoor shower...would have loved to extend our stay...you will not regret this experience...warmly recommended
Great house with all great amenities. The location is great and the view is excellent. The host was always accessible and there to help us when needed. The house interior was also very nice and very well maintained! Our stay was very enjoyable there!
We had such a wonderful time in Villa Efelli. It started with a very warm welcome thru Dimitra, the owner of the house, who baked us a cake and greek food and helped us via WhatsApp all the days with great tipps and infos. The house is very unique and charmant decorated with lots of antique furniture and renovated very stylish and carefully with special details as seen in the pictures. The garden and view to the sea are amazing. you can sit outside having dinner and find peace in watching the ocean. The outside kitchen and pizza oven offered us great meals. With a short walk true the garden you are on the beach, where no-one except us was to our time. We fell in love with this place, the owner, the region and Greece and hope to come back soon.
Even if you don’t leave the house and the immediate area for the duration, you will enjoy the sun, the beach, the water, the views, and the gorgeous sunsets.
However, there is plenty to do within a short driving distance, from sports, to shopping, to tavernas and cafes, and night entertainment.

Parga
A beautiful town, a 30 minutes scenic drive from the house, Parga is built on a steep hillside around a small bay, with narrow traffic-free streets and alleys that give the town a strong Greek island feel. Cafes, bars and restaurants line the harbor or are hidden in the uphill alleys with beautiful views of the bay. A vibrant international destination provides its visitors with a variety of wonderful sights, activities, shops and nightlife. At the top of the hill sits an old Venetian fortress that offers panoramic views of the sea and the area.
Daily ferry excursions from Parga can take you to the islands of Paxi, Antipaxi, Corfu, as well as other destinations.
Syvota
A picturesque coastal village that is increasingly popular during the summer months because of its gorgeous sandy beaches and crystal clear blue waters. In antiquity, Syvota became the location of the naval battle between the Corinthians and the Corcyraeans, in 433 BC, that triggered the 30-year Peloponnesian war.
Igoumenitsa
A major European commercial port. Daily routes connect the port with Partas, Corfu, Italy, and Croatia.
Route to Preveza
Nicopolis
A few kilometers outside of Preveza we find the ruins and the museum of ancient Nicopolis (in greek: "city of victory") -one of the most important cities of the early Roman and Christian eras. Roman Emperor Octavian founded the city in celebration of his victory over Marcus Antonius and Cleopatra in the naval battle of Actium, outside Preveza, in 31 BC. The significance and cultural strength of the city can be seen in its prominent castle walls, two large theatres, aqueduct, as well as several Byzantine monuments. The ancient ruins of Nicopolis are a beautiful site, and are truly worth visiting.
Preveza
The picturesque town of Preveza, built in the narrow entrance of the Amvrakikos gulf, is an interesting destination. The Neoclassical architecture of the old town, the outdoor market, and its renowned fish taverns that line the harbor, make Preveza a treat to the visitor in the summertime.
Kerkyra (Corfu)
Corfu is the most cosmopolitan of all the Ioanian Islands, a visitor’s destination for decades, with Italian influences in its architecture, Venetian-era remnants, beautiful beaches, shopping, and busy nightlife.
Paxi – Antipaxi
Paxi and Antipaxi are the smallest of the Ionian islands and can be seen from the house across the sea. Multiple daily excursion leave Parga in the morning for a tour of Paxi and Antipaxi that incudes swimming in turquoise waters, exploration of caves, and a visit to the picturesque village of Paxi for lunch, shopping, and a stroll around town.
Lefkada (Lefkas)
Just 22 km from Preveza is the island of Lefkada, which is connected to the mainland by a small bridge. Pretty and quiet, it embodies Greek island life - even today, someone can still see women wearing centuries old traditional attires. Lefkada is famous for having some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece, like the beach of Porto-Katsiki. The southern beach and fishing village of Vasiliki has world-class windsurfing.
Scorpios and Meganisi
Another favorite destination is the small island of Meganisi, which can be reached by ferry from Lefkada. Of special interest is a boat ride around Scorpios, the private island of the late Greek shipping tycoon Aristotle Onassis..
Ithaki and Cephalonia
Ferries depart daily from the port of Vasiliki in Lefkada to the islands of Cefalonia and Ithaki (a 1.5 - 2 hour ride). Both are beautiful, traditional and pristine islands.
The best way to experience the area is by renting a car.
