闹市边上一处安静居所，大卧室大客厅，装修够用，简洁大方，窗外花开美好，屋内小小天地，推荐推荐~ ps.楼下左手边的披萨店(runner pizza)很棒，住了四天吃了4个披萨^_^ 推荐Boscaiola味道的~

房子在城墙边上. 步行过桥也不会很远. 公寓比较老并且在四楼没有电梯. 我们的行李很重也大. 这是唯一不开心的经历. 但是房子装修得很干净整洁. 超市也离得很近. 性价比很高！

The apartment was clean and spacious . It is located in a welcoming neighbourhood and the apartment is walkable to historic Centre. . Restaurants and a grocery store nearby . I collected the key from the bar downstairs . When entering there was no one to show me how to use the washer or dispose of garbage for a longer stay of a month. Something written would be helpful for future guests , if no one is able to greet them. When there was a significant problem like the blocked drain in the shower and difficulty with the key at the mai entrance someone was sent to help . Response time was not as posted on Airbnb nor was I met by someone as stated. With all of the above said , I appreciated the location, size of the apartment and assistance when I sent a video to show the problems .

The apartment was really beautiful and located in a great neighborhood. You can walk for the city center but also you’ll have plenty of options for restaurants near the house. There is also a super market. For us, it was difficult to park our car and also the apartm is at the third floor without elevator. It would have been a nice gesture if Roberta had offered to help me with my suitcase when she saw me on the last steps. Another problem was the temperature of the water when you’re having a bath. It goes from hot to super cold and the opposite in seconds. Also we would appreciate if she let us stay a bit more, just to have our suitcases inside because we had to leave for airport about three o clock. However she send me a message at 6 o clock asking me for the keys because she couldn’t find them. I believe that was a little rude and first she had asked the cleaning services. Honestly I didn’t feel like it was a warm hospitality experience but we really loved the location!

We enjoyed our stay at Roberta’s apartment! Roberta was very patient and waited for us when we got lost on the way to Florence. Finding parking was very difficult, but Roberta went out of her way to help us find a parking spot. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the location was wonderful. We could walk to all of the sites of Florence, and at the end of the day walk 10-15 minutes back to the apartment to a quieter part of town that was far less touristy.
