Once we opened the door to the apartment we felt immediately at home. Everything was very clean, super equiped kitchen and the view was amazing. We liked it so much that we extended for two more nights, which was no problem at all. During our stay we had great communication with Maria, Stephen and Cedella. The apartment is located outside the busy city in a quite neighboorhood, but you can walk 20min there or take a tuktuk for 10 Quetzales. If you're looking for some a nice, calm place to stay and enjoy the lake with all the noise, we highly recommend Marias apartment! Thank you very much for everything!

Dans l'ensemble le logement était bien pour quelques jours. Situé à l'écart du centre ville ce qui permet d'être au calme. La vue de la terasse sur le lac est très agréable.

Thi A great flat and I would stay there again any time. The appartment is very clean, has a comfortable bed, a hot shower, a well-equipped kitchen (it even has a coffee machine and a smoothie maker), and a lake-view balcony - you can even watch the sunrise over the lake. For 10 Q you can buy a 10 liter drinking water supply from the hosts. It is quiet during the nighttime, no traffic noise etc, but there are some nice restaurants and small stores around the corner. Tuktuks pass by frequently and can take you to town in a few minutes for 10-15 Q. Stephen and his wife are great hosts. They even offered me to use their other, empty flat downstairs after my checkout to bridge time until I could check in to my next AirBnB. I would definitely recoomend this flat, also for long-term stays. Thanks for your hospitality!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, peaceful, and the view of the lake was phenomenal. Everything was perfect.

I only wish I could have stayed longer! I stayed for three nights. The place looks exactly like the description. I loved having the hammock, small table and chairs outside facing the lake. Having a gas stove made it easier to cook. The internet speed test showed it was 8-9 mbps. This was not a working trip for me but I did talk to Stephen and he said faster is available and he'd consider increasing it if a guest was willing to pay the difference. If you were going to stay more than a few days there are some "creature comforts" not present that may impact your stay such as: no food storage containers, no clothes hangers and the kitchen utensils/cooking gizmos are bare bones (but it was fine for me as I was only cooking one meal a day for the three days I was there and I didn't need more than a skillet). Highly recommend this place and the Italian restaurant across the street! Stephen negotiated the price on the return tuk tuk because I was charged 4x normal when I arrived
