It is a wonderful place to stay. Especially if you want to get away from everything. No Internet service and spotty phone service so you are left alone. A great place to go and read and relax and sit out on the front stoop and just enjoy being in Texas.

Eugene’s cabin was very quiet and peaceful. It was just what I needed to unwind from city life for a while. It was stocked with things that I needed and also everything worked as advertised. The wildlife around the area was the icing on the cake!! The cabin is very comfortable and cozy for sure. Eugene’s place is a real gem and I am glad I stayed here. The private road is five miles of gorgeous. Eugene is very responsive and doesn’t mind a little conversation. Thank you Eugene for a wonderful stay.

Great short getaway. It was nice being off the grid for a couple days. We enjoyed the area immensely.
