The house was newly renovated. The pool was heated, it was perfect.

Overall we enjoyed it! Pros: +Great view of Islands, infinity pool & good maintained garden. +In the afternoon, shadow of the house is on the pool, so perfect! +Spacious area & rooms. +Nicely equipped kitchen. +Nice and helpful property mgr Timucin and gardener Hasan. +Easy access to city by car, close to the neighborhood market though with a steep hill. +Lots of provided bedding/towels. Cons: -Old and unmaintained electronics in the house that were not functional, some were not important but some created discomfort like air conditioning (As a company that looks after several houses, we expected to have some portable air conditioning but no luck, though Timucin tried to help with most of the things) -All bathrooms don’t have designated shower area and hence slippery floor. -No proper seaside access as nearby platform (one platform that is really far away down the hill and no umbrella etc, sea is pretty open and has current). -Not easily accessible from the city without car but it is expected bcz of the peninsula.

This is a fabulous place to stay - the pool is great and the views spectacular. Everything was clean and well equipped and the host was responsive to all our requests and accommodated our late arrival because of plane delays.

This is our second time staying at villa jiok. Everything about it is perfect. We will keep coming back. There isn't a negative thing that can be said about the villa, the owners, the location , or anything else. We love it there.

Sezona hazırlanmak için uzun süreleri olmasına rağmen tadilatlari tamamlanmamış ve bununla ilgili tarafımıza bilgi verilmedi. bu tadilattan dolayı evin içerisi tozdu. saç kurutma makinesi arızaliydi istedik bir gün sonra geldi ancak 3 günlük tatilde ve havaların tam olarak isinmamasi sebebiyle ihtiyaç olan bir ürünü bir gün kullanamadik. TV ayarları sıkıntılıydi. bir gün sonra gelinip yapılacağı söylenmesine rağmen kimse gelmedi. tum odalarda banyo vardi ancak bu kadar yüksek ücretler alınmasına rağmen sadece 1 odada dusakabin var diğerlerinde yoktu. banyo yaptıktan sonra her yer su oluyordu. ayrıca sadece 1 adet termosifon olması aynı anda duş alınamıyor. sıcaksu yetmiyor. sonuç olarak çok memnun kalmadık.
