Extremely responsive host. Ohara seemed to respond in less than an hour each time I messaged him Very accommodating - I asked for extra padding for the Japanese futon and he brought it right away. For me the level of padding was initially not comfortable enough, but afterwards the extra padding made it comfortable Right next to Hattori-Tenjin station for quick access to the city or day trips to Kobe/Kyoto Local shops and convenient places to get breakfast or dinner within close walking distance Very reasonable price makes it affordable for long stays The size was much larger than the hotels I stayed in for the other parts of my visit I would highly recommend eating at his Korean restaurant on the first floor The train crossing signal and trains passing by may be heard in the background but it’s not really loud enough to affect sleep or relaxation. Overall would recommend staying here

Located just few steps from Hattori Tenjin Train Station, this place is very much convenient to me. Be at the 4th floor, doest really bother me since Im aware of it & since Im a light traveler with no luggage. The facilities & amenities are very good & as described. Surely will recommend to other traveller as well.

Ohara-san is really kind, he would wait for us near the station to make sure that we didn't get lost. He also helped carry my luggage (which is kinda heavy ~15 kg) to the room which is located on the upper floor of the building. The building is located ~2 mins walk from station which is really close Room is really spacious, you would be sleeping in futon (might not be for everyone) that could be folded and tucked away in the wardrobe. Toilet has bidet. Electric heater is required on my experience because it really gets cold at night on november. Unfortunately the wifi is problematic on my phone (Galaxy A50). Overall the place is really good value for it's price and i wish you all the best Ohara-san!
