The suburb of Parkside is located on the edge of the Adelaide parklands and so is only a stones throw from the city but without the noise or congestion of the C.B.D but with all amenities close by, including a great cafe strip 2 minutes walk around the corner. You can come and go as you please as you have your own private space and keys for the property. Lots of cafes and restaurants to cater for all tastes just around the corner and a couple minutes away from public transport. The bungalow is furnished with authentic indonesian furniture and artworks gathered by the owner over the years, so the decor is not your average bland motel or hotel. You have two private outdoor living areas, a front verandah with furniture for lounging on to enjoy the garden views and just relax. Also your have your own courtyard with outdoor dining setting to enjoy alfresco living and dining. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Walk across the parklands to the cbd in about 15 minutes or catch the bus just around the corner. Jump on a tram to glenelg beach. Adelaide hills only a 15 minute drive away. Unley Rd cafes and shops just around the corner. Wake up to the sound of birds instead of traffic noise or slamming doors.
