Lakshmans nephew was very helpful with all our needs. The house was clean and tidy and spacious. Everything we needed was there. One bed was very firm and in the other was more soft. The night was quiet for sleeping. The location could have been better, but, it was close enough for walking distance to shops and beach etc. Very good value for price. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend.

Great located in the middle of city center. Even if it’s nearby the streets it isn’t so loud like we expected at the beginning. :) The mattresses are not soft but it’s more healthy for your back to sleep on hard ones. :) The kitchen is normally equipped: oven, water heater and microwave and also some blenders and knifes. For Asian standards it’s cleaner then other kitchens we did see and cook in. We stayed 2 nights. Totally fine. The AC is colder then cool. Nice backyard as well. On google maps is located at NO 33 NOT 23! :)

We glad we got this place. Everything was wonderful here. I visited with family here and enjoyed night to take a rest. Lakshman was very cooperative, supportive and kind person as he has accepted my booking on the next day. Cleanness - 10/10 WiFi - 7/10 Amenities - 9/10 Nearby places - 9/10 Overall - 9/10 Thanks you Lakshman for you glad support.

we booked 3 nights at this place but it was so dirty we left after 2 or 3 hours. The bathrooms were disgusting and there was also live electrical wires exposed over the basin in one bathroom. The bedroom floor had dust and hairs on it. There is 3 stoves but only one works and that was filthy with food and grease and the microwave was covered in food and was dirty. The fridge and freezer were also disgusting and looked unhygenic. In the cupboard where the tea and coffee were there was some kind of bug plus webs and also it was dirty with food stuffs. The other thing is you don't get free wifi, there is a notice that you have to go to the shop and pay to top up the owners account. i would not reccomend this place to anybody.
