Great location on the lake and walking distance from everything in Sirmione. Very clean, great communication, easy check in/out. Anai is very helpful and available if anything is needed. Great breeze from the lake but was still a bit hot and humid in the apartment in June. Very accommodating to leave out car and bags by the apartment while we explored Sirmione after checkout. They left breakfast foods for us so we could eat and get out early on the lake :)

L’appartamento offre una vista meravigliosa (il balcone ha la vista sul lago e si può ammirare il castello di Sirmione) offre spazi ampi e comodi. I proprietari sono molto gentili. Di sicuro tornerò ancora perché il posto merita davvero di essere vissuto ancora

This place is really really awesome. It is clean, it has a balcony with one of the greatest views of Lake Garda, it has a pristine pool that was so refreshing! It is the whole apartment and it feels large and spacious. We appreciated the small breakfast foods and drinks in the fridge. The location really can’t be beat, it has its own underground parking and it’s just a short walk to the beautiful downtown area by the castle. Truly magical at night. The check-in and checkout process was a little outdated as far as most Airbnb‘s. There isn’t a self check in from what I understand, we waited for Mario’s wife to come let us in and waited again to drop them off. It is also interesting that there is a private gate (if driving) that you need to get through in order to even get on the property. You don’t have a code to open that up right off the bat so it makes it a little interesting getting in. Another main reason we booked this place was the fact that there was two bikes listed for use. Unfortunately they were not usable when we were there. We made it work! But it was something I was looking forward to. Overall, incredible place to stay and would immediately book again if I was traveling through this part of the world another day! Thanks!
