Simply wonderful month in this cozy and private apartment that is literally in the middle of everything. Easy walk to two central subway stations, parks and all of the wonderful restaurants and attractions that the West Village has to offer. Very responsive and kind hosts. Apartment is well equipped and has everything for a comfortable stay.

We had a longer-term stay (5 weeks or so) at the apartment, and it was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was ideal for several reasons - we could control the heat/air conditioning, there is a washer/dryer in the apartment, it is quiet, has a comfortable bed and the neighborhood and building are very safe. There are some great restaurants in the neighborhood, with a very nice deli right next door that is open 24/7 for coffee, snacks, etc. We can highly recommend this apartment for a short or longer stay, it is just like the pictures and has all the amenities you may need. Forgot to add that it is on the first floor - which is nice after a long day and you don't want to climb several flights of stairs!!!

I stayed at O's place for the entire month of October. The location really can't be beat. I walked all over the city - very centrally located. O is very responsive and helpful. I had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time!! The location is hard to beat in New York, and the apartment was very cozy. Had everything we needed for a month stay :) The area is super walkable with plenty of grocery stores nearby and a subway stop a few minutes away. Lots of shopping too, of course, in SoHo. There was a small issue with roaches (to be expected to some degree in New York), but Nir was able to help us get an exterminator to come by early in the stay and that helped a lot.

This is a very special apartment in an amazing location. There’s a great deli next door, Washington Square Park is a short walk, as is the subway. You are surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants and food outlets- there’s always something new to try! The apartment is spacious by New York City standards and like others have said, it is incredibly quiet. The washer and dryer made life so much easier, as did all of the cleaning supplies provided. The hosts were incredible from day one. Nir met us with nothing but warm and positive energy and made us feel at home immediately. He gave us a very thorough room tour and ensured we were comfortable. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and offered lots of recommendations for great food in the area. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with- the best! My husband and I loved our time in this apartment and were sad to leave. ❤️
