This ideal vacation home caters to a range of needs, from romantic escapes for couples to family holidays with infants. The bright, 70 sqm space includes two bedrooms, a cozy living room with a stone fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, and one bathroom. It accommodates four people across two bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest. Two portable baby cots can also be placed in either bedroom. Situated in the middle of a private olive grove, the house faces Taygetos Mountain and overlooks the Messinian Bay, offering panoramic views of the entire Messinia area from Kalamata to Koroni. This wonderful and tranquil setting creates the perfect backdrop for visitors to enjoy exciting dinners on the upper veranda, accompanied by stunning sea views and the soothing sound of the waves. The exterior features large balconies and spacious yards where visitors can enjoy sunny breakfasts. Infants can play safely around, while adults can unwind under the shade of pine trees, lulled by the sea breeze and the melody of singing cicadas. Visitors are welcome to freely sample home-grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs from the garden, including sweet figs, pears, grapes, green peppers, , aubergines, basil, rosemary, and oregano. Additionally, organic, home-produced extra virgin olive oil is offered complimentary. Located in a secluded spot outside the village, the house operates as a short-term rental, but only seasonally. To ensure the safety of the property, security cameras monitor the public spaces of the property, including the entrance and back yards. These cameras can be deactivated upon guest's request.

The house is in a special position with a wonderful view of the sea. We appreciated to have dinner every day outside looking at the sea in a peaceful place. The house has everything you need. Aristeidis is very reactive and available. Anna, his mum, is a special host with her kindness, availability and tact.

Tolles Ferienhaus in bester Lage. Wir verbrachten dort eine sehr angenehme Woche. Die Informationen des Gastgebers Aristeidis zum Haus und zur Umgebung sind äußerst hilfreich. Auf unsere Fragen hat er immer freundlich und schnell reagiert. Als wir im Ferienhaus ankamen, hat uns seine Mutter herzlich begrüßt. Der Kühlschrank war reichlich mit Köstlichkeiten gefüllt. Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Petalidi village is close enough to accommodate with traditional restaurants and tavernas where someone can taste the traditional "gournopoula" (oven slow cooked pork), mini markets, cafes, bakeries, bank and all type of shops, while at the same time it is hidden behind a small hill to let the eyes free to enjoy the nature.
Close to the house is the 'Chelonaria' beach where someone can embrace the warm sand and crystal clear waters at a non-organised beach which Caretta-Caretta turtles have chosen as one of their few birth-giving areas in the Mediterranean.
Organized beaches with coffee-shops, beds and umbrellas are quite close to the house, while sea activities with sailing and jet skis can be found around the Petalidi area.
The house location is ideal to organize small (within half an hour drive) excursions in Messinia as is in the middle of any distance, name it a visit to the big city of Kalamata town, known for its international modern dance festival, or name it a visit to the ancient castles of Koroni, Methoni and Pylos and the worldwide acclaimed ancient theatre of Messini where various quality events such as theatrical plays and concerts are occasionally taking place throughout the summer.
Messinia offers a magical scenery to nature lovers with must-go visits to be the exotic 'Voidokoilia' beach with ancient king Nestor references, the wetlands of "Gialova" a vital stop-over for migrating birds such as herons, ospreys young seagulls, african chameleons and various other feathered birds, 'Netha' an ancient mythical stream with waterfall, rare natural grace, shadowy canyons and natural water swimming reservoirs, "Polylimnio" a dreamscape of 15 consecutive small lakes along with waterfalls and rich greenery.
Messinia is blessed by mother nature's generosity with numerous tasteful and protected designation of origin (PDO) local products, found in every corner to excite anyone's taste buds with authentic tastes.
