The house felt exactly like home and I met it just as it was in the pictures, clean, spacious and uncluttered. Craig is also a great host and was quite responsive to all my many questions, his responses were timely too. Would strongly recommend.

We spent a very enjoyable family weekend holiday here. Rooms are a great size clean and tidy. The kitchen well stocked and the property a short distance from the town and sea. Craig met us on arrival to take us on a tour of the property. Jon

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. Great location and fab for a big family gathering or group of friends. The host was fab with good communication and all the info we needed 🙂

A wonderful spot, beautiful beaches and walks from the doorstep. Great choices of places to eat and to drink all within a very short walking distance. Comfortable, roomy living & dining areas. The front bedrooms have great views of the sea. There were 10 of us and we were not sharing beds. Just a note that whilst our host was accommodating with 3 extra extra beds, these were click clack beds rather than sofa beds so a little on the small side for adults. Would be fine for children. In all we had a great time , we had everything we needed in the house and we loved St Ives! Porthminster beach and sea (5 min walk from the house) was gorgeous!

The fitting out of this property is excellent with a good kitchen and was an ideal property for the 10 of us from one family. Plenty of bathrooms, always hot water and lots of space to spread out. car parking was ok given the scarcity in St ives. would thoroughly recommend. host greeted us on arrival and gave a useful guided tour, very helpful.
