Elisabeth was so welcoming to our family of six adults and two toddlers aged 18 and 15 months. She went to such trouble to organise sleeping arrangements to the extent of naming the babies cots Rosa and Pia, which was charming. The barn conversion has been completed most sympathetically, and gave us all privacy upstairs with communal living downstairs. This made for a wonderful gathering together of our daughters, their husbands and two babies. A chance to touch base and share experiences. We did not eat out but at home en famille. The weather was reasonably kind and we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool and numerous toys provided by Elisabeth and Yves, ranging from swings, slides, trampoline, to toy cars and Lego! Wonderful. One of our sons in law speaks French and was able to communicate well with Elisabeth, whose English is much better than our French! We could not have asked for more proactive and kind hosts, we throughly recommend Le Benoue for family gatherings.

Elisabeth and Yves were lovely hosts, always on hand to help but not intrusive. We loved the peace and tranquillity of the place, and enjoyed the petanque, table tennis etc very much. The pool was a lovely temperature and very refreshing after a long day. We especially liked the excellent barbecue and black top, which meant we could enjoy eating together as a family outside. We really enjoyed our stay at the house of Elisabeth. Especially the outside/garden was great, with the large dining table and bbq area. Elisabeth gave us a very warm welcome and was very responsive and full of ideas and tips!

Sejour tres agréable. Le cadre est magnifique, dans un parc bien entretenu non clos. Présence de nombreux jeux pour les enfants. Elisabeth est une hôte disponible et accueillante qui a repondu à chacune de nos sollicitations avec une bonne humeur permanente. Belle demeure et de delicates attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée.
