Cozy New England home in wooded area across from Lyman lake. Less than 20 mins from UNE Biddeford. Sleeps a ridiculous number of people. Kitchen is adorable with modern appliances with a camphouse feel. Quiet and peaceful at all hours. Definitely keeping this place in mind for my next Maine trip.

It felt like we were at home staying at Tiffany’s house! It was perfect for family dinners and my kid loved the play area and bunk beds!

This rental is very rustic. it was very clean, which I appreciated, and beds were clean and comfy. The home needs work on the first floor, the second floor was much nicer with the exception of a leaky skylight in the room with the bunk beds. On the first floor, the living room, bathroom, and bedroom floors are uneven which would make it difficult to negotiate for anyone who has walking issues. The carpeting in the living room and bedroom is old, stained, and has a very unpleasant odor, particularly when it is rainy and damp, which it was on the day we checked in. There was a leaky ceiling in the entryway and water was coming in around the door even though we had the screen and door pulled closed as tightly as possible. The front door and the first floor bedroom doors do not open all the way because of the uneven floors. We rented for 5 nights, but left after 3 nights and went to a hotel because this property wasn't for us. I can see how some would be very satisfied with this property.

A beautiful retreat and it felt so homey. Kind hosts and gorgeous surroundings. I highly recommend the Cabin!

Quaint older house in a small Maine town. Very responsive host to an unforeseen problem that was corrected quickly. Kitchen filled with all items one might need, although lighting could be better. Bedrooms were fine. Parking just adequate for 2 vehicles on dirt path.
