We visit Cocoa Beach for a few weeks every year and Pat’s condo stands out as one of our favorites. The condo is clean, comfy and right on the beach. We spent many hours enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean and pier from the balcony. We also loved the large pool which is right next to the beach. The condo is in a very walkable location with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Pat was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended this condo and host!

My wife and I stayed at Patricia's condo for 2 weeks in Nov 23 while visting family in Merritt Island. The sounds of the waves are easily heard from inside of the condo. When weather permitted, opening the sliding glass doors in living room and master bedroom was great. The condo was clean and good size for the two of us. As a bonus, we were able to watch four SpaceX launches and one awesome booster return touch down at Kennedy Launch Pad. We both are 70 years old, with two elevators and luggae carts there was no problem going up to the fourth floor. Pool and ocean are closer than photos look. We will come back again! Enjoy!

Patricia was great! She called to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us some recommendations for our teenagers to do while we were there also. I personally, appreciated this. The condo was great, very clean and the beds were so comfortable! The view was beautiful, it looks exactly like the pictures. The swimming pool was very clean and it was just an all around great place to stay. We will be back!
