We are three families spanning three generations and we all absolutely loved our stay. The villa is beautiful. There are enough living spaces for everyone to spread out. The pool was the perfect size for the school-age kids, and was cleaned daily. Johnny and Cora couldn't have been nicer and responded quickly to any questions. We booked two snorkeling trips with Johnny. He and Israel were so patient and helpful with the ocean newbies. One caveat … don't expect to snorkel off the beach in this area … it is much too shallow. Thanks for the tropical memories!

We had a group of 12 people and we all the villa. Cora and johnny are super-helpful with recommendations and assistance. The house was clean and the dock was awesome. Future visitors i highly recommend bug spray as the bay/marsh is across the street so mosquitoes can get pretty bad. Johnny and cora recommended bug candles that worked well too.

We spent a wonderful week with our family of thirteen here—ages ranging from 18 months to 75 years old. The pool water was warm enough to spend entire afternoons swimming—plus a shade above the pool meant no sunburn while swimming midday. The long dock had a heavenly hang space at the end with a swing. This was a favorite gathering spot to feel that breeze and enjoy the turquoise water. We swam and snorkeled off the dock. The snorkeling wasn’t great but casual and still quite fun. Beds were comfortable, AC was quiet and powerful, bathrooms plentiful, and the top floor suite stunning. We rented golf carts for plenty of beach bar hopping, ceviche, local BBQ and tacos, and grocery runs. The management was exemplary. Cora responded to our needs immediately, including taking particular care of two family members who had stomach trouble (local pharmacy etc). Her husband Jonny led us on a fantastic snorkeling trip. And Jorge, the groundskeeper, maintained the place beautifully.

Over all average experience. The house was clean. The pier needs some repairs and the house lacks in some necessities, a wine opener is a must, cutting boards and a few bowls/containers. The response time from Cora was great, whether it was an issue with something around the villa or about an excursion we had set up.
