Probably the coolest Airbnb I have stayed in. Not like any other. Juan and his staff will make you feel at home and because there is so little stuff in Betancuria, you will probably rely on these guys to look after you a bit. I would recommend it.

Even though we were late for our check-in, Juan was very accommodating and welcoming when we arrived. The breakfast was very nice (tasty Omelette), the room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was outside of the room but that wasn't a problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Juan ist ein super sympathischer und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Meistens trifft man ihn direkt auf dem Gelände, ansonsten antwortet er schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Unterkunft nur als Schlafplatz zu nutzen wird ihr eigentlich nicht gerecht. Kommt man aus dem Zimmer steht man direkt im Innenhof. Hier kann man sich morgens von Juan Frühstück bringen lassen, Nachmittags vom Barkeeper einen barraquito mixen lassen und direkt Wünsche fürs Abendbrot äußern. Nach Feierabend bedient man sich einfach selbst an der Bar. Der perfekte Ort, wenn man einfach mal ein paar Tage entspannen möchte.

A lovely en-suite room in a beautiful 600 year old building. Very friendly staff. Possibly the prettiest village on the whole island but sadly everything closes down by 6 o' clock and so this B&B is the only place to get an evening meal and there is no night life whatsoever. Thankfully the food at the B&B restaurant in the evening was very decent. My only criticisms were that the breakfast was not up to much and the room would have benefitted from one or two extra facilities like a chair and desk. Despite that, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend Juan's place as a comfortable and atmospheric location to spend a couple of nights.
