Séjour en juillet 2020. Excellent choix pour un séjour agréable. Les points forts du logement sont la qualité de l’équipement et du logement qui sont largement supérieur à la description proposée. L’infrastructure est parfaite pour 6 personnes. La localisation est facilement accessible malgré sa position en hauteur. Commerces à proximité (intermarché à Saint Laurent du Var). Pour les points faibles, ils sont peu nombreux. Deux points mineurs, le jardin n’est pas très grand mais l’intimité est préservée. Le temps est parfois moins bon que sur Nice ou Antibe (plus de nuage ou de pluie)du moins pour notre expérience...

An outstanding villa in a perfect location. The view from the pool area of the villa is very special. The villa was sparkling clean, very modern with brilliant amenities. Every room is pristine, all bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which were modern. My children even loved the luxury showers in the property. We had the best holiday here, relaxing during the day in the summer sun by the beautiful pool with the children, which was lovely and private. We then visited places in the evening for dinner. There are so many amazing places close by, everything is about 20-30 min drive, we visited Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, St Paul De Vence and Nice, all these places had a fantastic atmosphere with lots of shops, restaurants and squares to sit and enjoy a meal and bottle of wine. We visited with 2 girls, age 7 and 8, who absolutely loved the pool, we took some inflatables with us and some toys for the swimming pool, which they enjoyed, there is also a ping pong table in the garage of the house. Netflix was also available on the TV, which our girls sometimes watched whilst having their breakfast. This is truly a perfect villa, in a perfect location for exploring the Cote d'Azur, we can't wait to return!!

Simply put, the villa is amazing. The kitchen/living room is a superb open space, which leads out onto the poolside and an outside decking area that keeps the sun on it until late into the evening - perfect for a relaxed BBQ! Great stock of amenities that are all available for use makes life very easy. Bedrooms are all of good size and have en suites. Car obviously required, but having one allows you to explore the surrounding area and see some of the charming villages/towns nearby; you can get to a lot of places within a 30-40 minute drive (we thoroughly enjoyed Saint Paul de Vence and Antibes) and Nice itself is no more than a 20 minute drive. The nearby village of Saint Jeannet offers a nice walk up the Baou de Saint Jeannet, which you can see from the villa itself and affords a great view point from the top! A special mention also to Tracey, who was a great host from start to finish. Good communication, a warm welcome and on hand throughout the stay to help if needed. Can't find fault in either the villa or Tracey!
