Lucia is very responsive to messages and makes sure we don't need anything. Her children are so nice and polite. The house was clean, and even prettier than in the photos. My partner and I didn't even want to leave. We will come back for sure!

Nice property in a nice neighborhood. Very welcoming atmosphere. Host is very responsive. Bus stops 1 min walk from house with good shops around the property.

Our stay at Lucia’s place was wonderful. The area is very quiet, the location is amazing, and it has multiple connections to the city centre. You can easily access supermarkets, or enjoy coffee at the nearby Starbucks. Our room was very tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there was enough place for our suitcase and other belongings. The heating worked well, and Lucia even offered us a portable heater in case it got cold. We used the kitchen quite often; it was always clean, and Lucia made sure we felt at home with her kindness. The bathroom was also consistently clean. Finally, we are extremely grateful to Lucia for her warm welcome, helping us with the luggage, explaining the route from home to the centre, and her nice gestures. Highly recommended for everyone planning a trip to London! ❤️
