Family floor house surrounded with the peaceful Mediterranean garden and impressive sea view. A perfect place to escape from hustle and bustle to the seaside with the charming Istrian soul. Just five minutes walk away from lovely Piran. The apartment in the ground floor house is located on the cliff between Fiesa bay and historic town Piran. In front of the house there is a large garden with an astonishing view over Adriatic Sea to the Gulf of Trieste and the surrounding hills. Garden has a spacious green meadow and planted pine trees, palm trees, olive trees, bamboo, mandarins and other flowers which give a pleasant natural shade and the spirit of the Mediterranean. The location really offers an oasis of beauty and tranquillity. A pleasant part of the house is also neatly arranged, covered outdoor terrace for dining with a chairs, table and fireplace, which provides shelter in the hot summer days. Living space inside apartment is simply, domestic arranged and divided into hallway, living room with double bed, two bedrooms (double bed and single bed), bathroom and kitchen: -master bedroom with double bed -small bedroom with single bed -living room with large sofa that can be converted in a double bed -a little kitchen with facilities for 5 guests -bathroom with shower and WC -oven, fridge, dishwasher -towels and bed linen included -air condition -cable TV -free internet (Wi-Fi) -parking space for two cars

We had an amazing stay at Bačas house. Stunning view, lovely garden and a cute little house with lots of places to sit in the garden. Although it's pricey and for this price range the kitchen very small, it still has all the amenities needed and comfortable beds, plus the amazing garden is well worth it. Communication with the landlady and her son very straightforward and they were super friendly and ready to help with anything. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.
Questo alloggio è perfetto per chi si vuole godere una vacanza tranquilla. La posizione della casa vicina ai punti di interesse principali della zona ma in una zona meno caotica di Pirano, raggiungibile comunque con pochi minuti di passeggiata lungo mare, e il suo bellissimo giardino affacciato sul mare rendono questo posto un piccolo paradiso in cui tornare dopo le gite della giornata. La casa è piccola ma molto attrezzata e si vede la cura dei proprietari anche nel renderla ospitale. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e speriamo di tornarci presto!
Die Lage ist traumhaft!!! Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es könnte ein kleines Facelift gebrauchen. Jedoch machen Garten und Ausblick alles, wett, sogar die kleinen Stechmücken ;))
The house has everything you need, but what a beautiful, relaxed garden with great views and private access to the beach, and close to beautiful Piran.
Schönes, kleines Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Piran und Strand gut fußläufig zu erreichen, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

The Slovenian coast, which measures just 25 km from the Italian to the Croatian border is as a necklace dotted with Mediterranean towns Koper, Izola, Piran and Portorož and picturesque rural village in their hinterlands.
On the north side of coast, just five minutes away from the medieval town of Piran lies a green oasis Fiesa. Very quite neighborhood, with no traffic streets.
The settlement of private holiday houses and nice small hotels is recognizable by two freshwater lakes surrounded by reeds, where several protected species of birds and dragonflies nest. The lakes incurred by the excavation of clay for the needs of the former brickworks. Later fresh water accumulated in them and due to the clay soil does not leak. Larger one is 9m deep, lower 6.5m. Bathing is not permitted and they a natural monument placed in the inventory of the most important natural heritage of the municipality of Piran.
The Fiesa Bay is a synonym for the green area on our coast, densely planted with pine trees, cypress, laurel, as well as oleanders, tangerines, figs, olive trees and other ornamental Mediterranean plants.
From the hillside of Fiesa you can see the entire Gulf of Trieste. In clear weather it can be visible also the entire massif of the Julian Alps, even the highest peak of Slovenia, Triglav with 2864 m.
