Joe was an excellent and responsive host. The location is peaceful and the surroundings are beautiful. It was nice to have the caretakers on site to help with anything that came up. The Wi-Fi worked great for all my Zoom calls. Overall, it was a great spot for a getaway.

Joe was a fabulous host , very attentive and quick to help solve any issues. The home is incredible and on a beautiful piece of property. The road to the home is bumpy and the driveway can be intimidating but we did it with a little car so it can be done. We loved joes home so much we'll try to get back in a few years. Nicaragua is a jewel of a destination and Joes place is worth the trip. FYI love the howler monkeys up at 430am with the roosters but you get use to it because the days are perfect weather 95% of the time.

El sitio es una belleza, lastimosamente sentimos que la propiedad está siendo descuidada, sucedieron una serie de eventos desafortunados que hicieron que mi estancia no fuera la mejor, a nuestra llegada la piscina se encontraba sucia por lo que no pudimos usarla hasta el final del día, la propiedad estaba llena de hojas y hasta ese momento empezó el cuidador a barrer y recoger la basura, eso nos dio una primera mala impresión, la casa tenía polvo y tenía un olor a viejo. Al día siguiente se dañó la bomba de agua lo que ocasionó que no tuviéramos agua hasta por la tarde, no podíamos cocinar, ni bañarnos, cuando intentamos lavar las sábanas nos dimos cuenta que la lavadora no sirve, al día siguiente la refrigeradora dejó de enfriar y perdí parte de la carne congelada que había comprado. Alquilé la propiedad para 7 días, pero abandoné la propiedad al 4to después de todo lo que fue sucediendo. El sitio tuvo sus momentos dorados, pero ya requiere más mantenimiento y limpieza. Lomas del Encanto absolutely exceeded all expectations! Such incredible surroundings , beautiful house, and tranquil environment …just a short drive from Granada! Rogelio and Rebecca were extremely helpful and responsive! They made us feel like part of the family! Joe did a great job of communicating all around and made us feel safe and supported. We cannot begin to express how incredible our experience was and how grateful we are! Would recommend 100 times over! We hope to return some day soon!

Joe’s home is the most magnificent lens by which to view a beautiful slice of a beautiful country. You will be close to nature — birds, butterflies, insects, monkeys — in a comfortable setting, with a breathtaking view. We had so fun fun just hanging out in the gardens and pool. The caretakers, and Joe himself, are kind and helpful and will ensure that your stay is memorable. The area feels totally save and is a great spot to explore the Granada area.
