Beautiful Villa in a secluded quiet neighborhood. About a 10 minute walk to the main part of town, but they also have Uber which was convenient. Or you could relax and stay in as Tom had many amenities already there for purchase, such as wine, beer, coffee and snacks. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would say the only negative thing is that there's no A/C, but it seems that nobody in Antigua has it. We would definitely stay there again, regardless!

Our family has an amazing time at Tom's place! the property was beautiful and our daughter loved the pool, jacuzzi, and green space to play in. Our apartment was well equipped and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The staff were amazing and attentive and the location was walkable to the majority of Antiguas attractions. We had an amazing time overall and would be happy to stay at Tom's again the next time we are in Antigua.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! L'emplacement est à distance de marche des principaux attraits de la ville d'Antigua, dans un secteur toutefois tranquille. La cour intérieure est magnifique et dispose de plusieurs aires de détente (hamac, chaises suspendues, chaises longues). Les femmes de ménage viennent nettoyer notre appartement/villa à l'occasion de 2x/semaine. Nous avons réservé pour une durée de 1 mois, car nous venions télétravailler. À l'exception de 2 pannes de courant mineures pendant notre séjour, nous n'avons eu aucun problème de connexion. Le seul bémol que nous avons rencontré est en lien avec l'eau chaude. Après 2 semaines, nous avons commencé à ne plus avoir d'eau chaude. Nous avons signalé le problème à plusieurs reprises (3x) et chaque fois, la situation a été prise en charge rapidement, mais le problème a tout de même perduré jusqu'à notre départ. Je recommande fortement ce airbnb à toute personne recherchant un endroit paisible, mais près des attraits touristiques.

Tom's place is a vacation within a vacation. It is just on the edge of town, providing a quiet oasis, but still very accessible to walk to all the sights and restaurants while getting a bonus view of life on a different side of town. The property is safe/secure, very spacious, and provides luxurious amenities like the large shared courtyard, pool, sun decks, and hot tub, and available snacks/beverages on site. Tom and his staff are super helpful with recommendations and booking; he arranged our travel from the airport and to Lake Atitlan (it was a slightly extra fee than direct booking, which was worth it for the service provided by the team). We can't wait to return to Antigua and we will definitely stay with Tom!
