This place is absolutely amazing! The listing is accurate and Gisele is so welcoming and went above and beyond to make us happy. I actually feel like I made a lifelong friend and will be returning many times in the future. Don’t let the listing intimidate you, Gisele is a very sweet person and will make you feel at home. The home and beach are very private which was perfect for us! It’s a 10 minute drive to get to Destin.

We loved staying at Blue Lagoon. The area is quiet and gorgeous, with lots of lush greenery and a private beach looking over the bay just down the stairs. We loved the patio and outdoor seating to watch the full moon at night. Destin and other beaches are convenient to the location across a bridge. We chose to spend our mornings on the beaches on the coast and then come back to Blue Lagoon for much needed peace and quiet. Highly recommend if you're like me and don't like crowds.

Truly an amazing, relaxing experience. From the time we arrived we felt very welcome and comfortable with our host and the property. It was such a beautiful location with everything we were looking for and more. We enjoyed speaking with our host and getting to know one another. Watching the sunrise and sunset on the beach was a blessing in itself. The dolphins paid us a brief visit which was very surprising. Our host made our experience worthwhile in many ways we truly appreciated. We will definitely be returning for the much needed peace and tranquility we experienced while here.

If your looking for a place to relax from all the noise and get away Gisele’s place is perfect. It is located in Niceville just minutes from Destin. Her property is located on the water with a small private beach with lots of beautiful trees surrounding her property. It is well maintained and extremely clean . She is a very thoughtful host and prepares delicious healthy meals for an extra cost that is worth every penny. She goes above and beyond for her guest.

This was our 2nd time staying in Blue Lagoon. We last visited almost 4 years ago. This time we stayed in the tower but both spaces are equally unique and special. This is a dream if you are looking to escape and enjoy nature and serenity to recharge and connect with yourself or someone special. Gisele is such a special person and thoughtful host. She truly values her guests and their experience. This place is exactly that... an experience! So much more than just a room with an amazing view. I highly recommend!!!
