This is the best place I’ve stayed in NYC. It’s larger than the photos let on, the location is quiet and very walkable, and the host is friendly and responsive. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This artist’s space was comfortable, full of light and original art, and so cozy. Victoria was a gracious and accommodating host, and made every effort to enhance our stay. Super clean, and fantastic neighborhood, easily walkable to restaurants and all the places we wanted to get to. Incredibly peaceful and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

As a first-timer in NYC with my teenaged daughter, I felt safe and cared for at Victoria's. Perfect location, great food very close by, and so much to do in the Village. Close to subway. Easy from Laguardia. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic, walkable, charming West Village location could not have been better. We found plenty of local spots for meals, coffee, and groceries. The subway was about an 8-10 minute walk that felt like half that, because the scenery was so nice. We had an easy time getting to all the various places we wanted to go. Victoria was friendly, responsive, and happy to share the vey interesting history of her 1800s building. The best parts about the rooms: high ceilings, beautiful sculptures and paintings, original moldings, natural light from tall windows, clean linens, plush towels, comfortable pillows. The only knocks: the semi-opaque window shades let in a fair amount of night light from surrounding buildings, there was a strong smell of Marijuana one night, and there is a narrow flight of stairs to navigate with luggage that could be difficult for some. Overall we loved our stay, and it will be our first choice if we return.
