The carriage house was such an amazing lil place. A very nice peaceful and relaxing setting. The goats were a plus along with the ducks and cat. Close enough to all the attractions but far enough away for a quiet and calm getaway. We will definitely be going back again and soon!!!!

Daniel and Sandra's carriage house is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It's quiet, clean and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive. I'd highly recommend a stay here especially for a single person or couple. The upstairs is an open area with combined bedroom/kitchen/living area. The downstairs is an exercise/game room. The bathroom is large and spotless. The loft (twin bed) is only accessible by ladder.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House for a little getaway weekend. Daniel and Sandra were very easy to communicate with from booking to checkout. We loved all the information provided about the area from the history to things to do and see. The space was clean, bright and airy. We loved eating at the kitchen bar area after a day at the local wineries. It was the perfect place with so many wineries close by. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The Carriage House is a charming and extremely comfortable place to stay! Dan and Sandy are incredibly nice and great hosts! I had an extended stay of 6 weeks in the Carriage House because I was working in the area. The Carriage House is just the right size for one person. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals for the week and the coffee pods they provided with the coffee maker were so good that I ordered some for myself for home! The bed was so comfortable that I may have been a little late for work a couple of mornings! I stayed in late winter and early spring and on the nice days I was able to walk the property, meet the goats, ducks and the grey cat! There are also indoor activities like the pool table, dart board and exercise equipment! The Carriage House itself is decorated with great care and is very warm and inviting. Although I was there for work; this place would be a great place to stay to tour the area wineries (all the info for the area is provided). The "cons" are so minor it's hard to call them "cons". If you are a light sleeper you are going to want to turn the ice maker off at night and close the curtains on the south window due to the security light. I'd occasionally have issues with the Firestick for the TV but Dan was just a text away! The hosts do ask that you limit visitors to the properly and that you let them know if you are expecting anyone.
