Terrible experience. The property looked perfect for our kids to play freely. But as soon as we entered, a dog bigger than our 2-year-old ran and jumped on him, terrifying both our kids. The host said she couldn't restrict the dog, which we understood initially. We had further issues - no heating at night, the internet wasn't working, and we didn't get hot water after waiting. A bit later, the host's mother came, and seemed particular about details, even snatching an object from our toddler and scolding him for touching it. They were nervous about him. Now we felt this rude, and asked for solutions to the issues. They just said there was nothing they would do; the mother even said that we should tie our kid instead of the dog! The attitude was horrendous, authoritarian and dismissive, no host ever has treated us that way. Happily, Airbnb was brilliant when we decided to leave, there was no point staying! So, unless you're 100% satisfied, steer clear of these toxic, controlling hosts

This was my favorite AirBNB I have ever stayed in the world without question or exaggeration, especially with a family sized group. The facilities were excellent, host family was very welcoming and would literally give the shirts off their back for you and your group. Views were incredible (even better than the pictures!!!), overall a fantastic experience! Arriving at the cabins can be slightly confusing at first, but after that, this place is truly amazing if you wish peace and quiet. My favorite part of the entire visit was waking up early one morning, getting the keys to the lakeside beach, and swimming in the open lake waters for a couple hours. It was just me, the playful dog Kira, and the water (with Osorno Volcano in the background). We were also very lucky to have gotten three consecutive days of sunny weather, which made the overall experience that much better. We are telling all our friends about this place, and look to come back here soon!

Pamela place was outstanding. She is friendly and kind. She welcomed my family and helped my children connect to the animals. The photos are nothing compared to what you see in person. The views are breathtaking!!The grounds are kept clean and inviting for you to enjoy. I highly recommend this airBnb. Thank you so much for giving my family and I have the best experience.

excelente lugar, cálido, lugar espacioso, mi hijo de 3 años y los adolescentes disfrutaron mucho del lugar, todo cercano a lugares turísticos. felices regresamos!!.
