Right from the booking Nikolaos and his family were amazing hosts. They met us when we arrived and gave us a house tour and ensured that we had everything we needed. During our stay they offered helpful tips on places to eat, things to do, beaches to see and helped us arrange a boat tour of the island. House is amazing and unique. Kids enjoyed their time swimming and having someone tidy daily was amazing! The even brought breakfast to us when we checked out. Thank you!
An outstanding villa in an amazing location. Very quiet surroundings and a truly stunning villa both in looks and decoration. From initial booking the communication was clear and instant and on arrival the welcome was exceptional and the service throughout the week was more than I could of expected. Nothing, and I mean nothing was too much to ask. The villa is ideally situated, just a short drive from the airport and no more then 15 mins to multiple different areas for restaurants or to a beach. The villa is stunning, truly stunning and the maid works each day to keep it in immaculate condition. Coupled with visit of Maria who delivered a freshly baked treat almost every day. I cannot recommend this villa and host highly enough. 11/10 !!
Where do I begin? Nikolas and Maria (his mother) from the very beginning were extremely warm and hospitable. As we pulled up (we were a group of 10) to the estate they greeted us with smiles and gave us a full tour of their beautiful home. The home was perfectly clean and a maid came each morning to ensure it stayed that way. This home is absolutely beautiful!!!!!!! Nikolas and Maria live right next door and they made themselves fully available. They called us taxis (the town is 10 minutes away and cost 13Euros to get to), they called the bus station/ferry company, and even brought us dessert on our last day. The hosts and the home were one in the same: beautiful, warm, and memorable for a lifetime!!!!!
Nikos and Maria who are the hosts gave us such a warm, friendly welcome. They showed us around the villa and I must say it is absolutely stunning!! Maria made our stay so very special. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She also cooked us several Greek dishes that were absolutely delicious!! Eight of us stayed there and each one of us were delighted with the whole experience. I cannot recommend this villa enough!!

Hi! I am Nikos. I was born in Athens but my origins are from Zante Island. I love travelling around different places, meeting people, making friends, trying various tastes and generally sharing nice moments. I work on the finance sector, however I always liked the tourism industry. How great you feel, when you see people coming from abroad, being so happy and so excited for receiving the best service along with the best weather and nature colors. How great it is to say goodbye to people that had a wonderful time at your place, and make friends for life..Palazzo was built on a family owned plot, that belongs to our family generation from 1897. The construction of Palazzo started in 2008 and finished in 2011. Palazzo is located in Zante mainland, in nature, away from busy & noisy places but close to all hotspots of the island. Its just 10 min drive from Zante Town, Laganas bay, restaurants, bars and 5 min from Supermarkets. We hope that you will like this place and feel like home. We will be happy to accommodate you.
