We had the most wonderful time staying at this beautiful rental hosted by Ben and Annie. The rental itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully organized, with every detail attended to. The decor was stylish and inviting, creating a serene atmosphere that made for a truly relaxing stay. Ben and Annie were always available to answer any questions we had. Annie and Benoit are fantastic hosts. They greeted us with a smile when we arrived to introduce themselves and to ensure a smooth check in. They were very friendly and offered us recommendations for the area. Conveniently, they offered us use of their electric car charger for our rental, anytime we needed it. To our delight, we found treats and amenities in the fridge, which is such a thoughtful and wonderful touch. The space was lovely, cozy and clean. Annie and Benoit would check in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. Our family of four felt very welcome and we would highly recommend this charming space and attentive hosts. Benoit and Annie’s place is absolutely stunning, not just because it is squeaky clean but also it is beautifully finished. The attention to detail they have is extremely high, everything is there if you can think of it! Our own parking and the walking distance to the metro station is also very nice. Will definitely be returning next time when we visit Montreal!

Nous sommes vraiment chanceux d'avoir réservé chez Projet 450. Tout était impeccable, de la propreté du logement aux douceurs qui nous attendaient à l'arrivée. Annie est généreuse, lumineuse et accueillante. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner chez Benoît et Annie.

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and work with our changing travel plans. We will be booking here again when we come back to Montreal!
