2nd year in a row that we've stayed there for the 3A basketball tournament. Place is great and perfect for our family needs, just need to get over there when the weather is better.

Had a wonderful stay with my father in law at this 2bd 1b cottage just above Mingus Park. Easy access to the park for daily walks, and close to the downtown Coos Bay area. McKay’s market was a short walk away, and the provided Keurig coffee machine worked great.

The house is a lovely place with a fantastic location. We were thrilled with everything and would highly recommend it. The kitchen was outfitted with everything one could need and we enjoyed eating some meals on the charming back deck. My girls loved walking to half a block to the park. We appreciated the thoughtful details spread throughout the home.

Vicki is a wonderful host and the Cottage is a lovely little gem tucked in a neighborhood just a block away from a beautiful, walkable park. Very comfy home - the bed was WONDERFUL - with lots of nice touches from a full bar of soap in the shower to a well-stocked Keurig. Highly recommend this spot and this host!
