Family house for self-use, on two floors, ideal for relaxing, renovated in 2010. Guaranteed intimacy without the presence of other guests or hosts. It has a spacious terrace and a garden full of Mediterranean plants! The house comprises a kitchen, a spacious living room and dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Accommodated 6 persons in rooms and 2 extra persons on the sofa in the living room. We provide also kinder bed if needed! House has two large terraces and view to Split. The garden has a barbecue.Parking space in front of the house with two parking spaces. The price includes use of air conditioner, washing machine, pets, taxes and final cleaning.

Ivana's place is perfect for a large group of people wanting to visit Supetar - the house is very well located only a 15 min walk from the port which is a 50 min ferry from Split. There are plenty of small shops nearby as well as lovely beaches, restaurants, bars and places to explore. The house is spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable with lots of outdoor space as well as a nice interior - would definitely recommend for a great visit to Brač!

Located in a peaceful part of Supetar, Holiday House Ivana is only 15 minutes by foot away from the city center. Beaches nearby (250m) are sandy and gravelly with lots of entertainment facilities. Supermarket is located 80 m from the House. Nerby (100m) is located famous hotels with facilities for children, golf and tennis, swimming pools, bars and restaurants.
Supetar is directly connected by ferry to Split with over 10 lines per day, which gives you the opportunity to visit both Split and Dalmatian towns of Solin, Trogir and Omis. Also from Supetar there are organize excursions to the islands of Hvar and Vis.
