Ryan's place perfect for our group of 8 to attend the annual Amish Bike Tour. The house is tucked into a cul de sac, absolutely quiet. Due to the weather we were unable to use the yard or firepit, but looking forward to next year ( and cornhole). Ryan was communicative regarding our stay and flexible when we decided bring a dog, at the last minute.

We recently stayed at Ryan’s home in Dover, DE while we were visiting for a family wedding. It was spacious, clean and very accommodating. We loved the location as it was very close to a variety of restaurants and shops. The home offered plenty of space with five bedrooms and three separate sitting rooms. It was more than enough room for my family of eleven. Communication from the host was excellent! He was very attentive to anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed the house! Ryan is an amazing host! We have already contacted him about staying again when we visit next month in November.
