Patty was very responsive and communicative. House is perfectly located and easy to get in and out, easy walk to slopes. The beds and bedrooms are very comfortable and plenty spacious. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Great host, great apartment!

We had the BEST stay at this home, highly recommend for a family! We had 3 adults, and 3 children, the bedrooms were perfect to comfortably sleep us all, and the house is FULL of toys! My children were entertained for hours! The kitchen is laid out really nicely with everything you could possibly need. Everything was easy to find, it made meal times really enjoyable. Great location to the mountain, it was easy to hop on the shuttles. I cannot say enough about these hosts:) They were so responsive, kind, helpful, and we truly felt like they cared about our stay. We would stay here again and again!

Patricia’s place is very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances and all the kitchen tools you could possibly need. The location is convenient for skiing/boarding kirkwood. Our family had a great stay.

We go to Kirkwood every year and have stayed at various locations. This was the 4th condo we have stayed in at Timber Ridge and it was by far the most comfortable, well equipped place. We had our 4 year old grandson with us and they had toys and puzzles galore! He was a happy little camper. The beds were all comfortable, the place was clean. We will stay there again if we get the opportunity. Great place!

Nice location and good number of bedrooms/bathrooms. The condo needs some TLC and better equipment to cater for mountain/skiing lifestyle.
