Truly special family time at the place, which was not only beautiful and comfortable, it was just right for everyone: my not very healthy aging father-in-law, who enjoyed the screened porch and comfortable pool area, where he could watch his grandchildren play; my Japanese mother-in-law, who was VERY happy to cook family meals from a variety of cuisines in the beyond well-equipped, generous kitchen; our kids - two 2 year-olds, whom we just could not get out of the pool without promises that they definitely will be back in it after lunch/ after nap/ etc; Everything is great about this house - the location, the way it is organized, managed and very obviously loved by its owners, parking, cleanliness, the charming yard, even kids' pool and beach toys (they do come with the house!) and above all the hosts, who are ALWAYS available to answer questions, guide and recommend whatever you need recommendations for - restaurants, groceries, farmers markets, traffic in town and what not. Super!!!

Richard and Asi are such generous hosts - true meaning of mi casa es su casa! The house is beautiful and perfectly appointed. Clean beds, bathrooms, great linens, plenty of blankets and tons of towels to use. They invite you to use anything that is there and available to you and there is ALOT! Made our week at the beach so much more pleasant and less stressful not having to run out for every little thing. We have rented every year at the beach and we typically get houses that are barren and we have to bring everything down to linens and all towels, This was such a treat to have access to all of it. The backyard is the BEST! So peaceful and beautiful. We spent a lot of time by the pool and on the screened in porch. This house was the perfect size for our family of 6! Couldn't recommend it enough. I had a few questions when we first checked in and Richard was always very quick to respond. Overall just an amazing experience - Thank you both for sharing your beautiful home.

This was our second year staying at 12 Dover Street, and it was as amazing as ever! My family of 5 can stay nowhere else for our annual Rehoboth Beach vacation, now that we have been spoiled by Richard and Asi! From the private pool in the backyard to the peaceful porch to the cozy beds and stunning kitchen, we truly feel like we are on "vacation" when we stay here. Richard sets the bar very high for all future AirBnB stays, as this home and host are the very best! *chef's kiss*
