Prim's place is cozy, honest, functional and well located in a local neighborhood. Not that big but after a few days I felt home easily. The condo is great with a nice pool and gym. The street is very quiet, and the view is also nice. There's several restaurants nearby and Whampoa Market it's highly recommended for a local experience bof affordable and delicious food. Many buses on Balestier Rd. head to the centre. Communication with host was perfect. Highly recommend it.
The apartment was very nice and as it looks in the photos. My girlfriend and I stayed for about 7 weeks, we really enjoyed our time here. The bed was comfy, the TV was quality, the shower was very nice, AC was very good. There were two great hawker centres nearby. The apartment is quite small and has an open plan, however, most apartments are small in SG anyway. There were plenty buses nearby that could take you anywhere in SG. We liked that it was a sort of private apartment complex with a security guard. The MRT station was a bit of a walk, 15-20 minutes, which might be a lot in the hot weather. Overall, a great stay. *****
This apartment is comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect for couples or singles on holiday or business trips. It has all the appliances and utensils needed if you get a little tired of going out to eat and desire to do a little cooking during your stay. It is close to great eating places: Balestiers Hawkers, Whampoa Markets and several Bak Ku Teh restaurants and the famous Loy Kee Chicken Rice restaurant at a very reasonable price.Not to forget the famous Tau Sar Pia sweet or savory biscuits bakery. The renown Newton Hawkers known for its fish stalls just 4 bus stops away. Supermarkets are also around the corner along with a movie theatre. The apartment has a lovely balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the sunset. It has a pool and a gym. I would recommend this apartment for long and short stay. From the Shaw Plaza there is an overnight coach to Kuala Lumpur if one wants to go for a weekend trip to KL or Malacca. Plus Prim the owner is always available should you need anything. In short this apartment has everything you need to enjoy Singapore whether you are there for business or pleasure.

If you're a student, or a young professional looking for a somewhere which is better than a hostel, but cheaper than a hotel, you've come to the right place! 4 rooms in total (in the same place) And 1 studio condo available! I am always a message/phone call away should you have any questions about the apartment or Singapore in general (From the tourist sites, general knowledge of Singapore, where to unwind and relax etc) I'm a very friendly albeit busy guy who has made friends with my guests, so don't treat me as a landlord who just ensures the place is clean and safe, I'm a friend.
