Theresa is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed staying in Theresa's apartment for two months and it felt like a home in NYC. Everything is well-furnished, the kitchen space was large and it had all the utensils and cleaning products. The apartment is beautiful and it is exactly as presented in the pictures, with much more storage space than anticipated. The location is very convenient, the subway station is around the corner and there are a few good value grocery stores nearby. It is also a 25 minute walk from Columbia University, which was great for us because we came as visiting scholars. The neighborhood could get a little noisy (it is Manhattan after all and noise is everywhere!), but Harlem is safe and folks are very nice. Thank you very much, Theresa! We look forward to staying at your apartment again. You come highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment conveniently located near the train. Theresa was very kind and responsive. I appreciated all of the kitchen items during my long stay, they made me feel at home.

Theresa was very accommodating. For both my arrival and my departure, I needed a place for my luggage, and Theresa was kind enough to allow my luggage to be there while they cleaned the apartment. Theresa checked in with me after I had been there about one week, just to make sure that everything was good. She also checked in with me shortly before my departure to confirm times with me. If I had needed something, I know that Theresa would have taken care of it. A couple of neighborhood tips: My favorite local grocery store ended up being on Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd & 125th Street. Nice people, good selection. We used the laundromat on Malcolm X Blvd & 133rd Street (it was pretty empty on the Saturday mornings that we used it). It is a nice, cozy apartment and worked well for our family.
