This place is prefect if your looking to find a cozy guest house with peace and quite. Jeffery was an outstanding host, that went well beyond expectations and pleasant to talk to. The location is only about 5-10 minutes away from anything your looking for (food, gas, etc...). If being seen at the Mayo clinics, it is 15 minutes away from Phoenix Mayo Clinic and 20 minutes away to Scottsdale Mayo Clinic. While I'm talking about location, the parking for this abnb is literally right outside the door! Highly recommend and will plan to stay again in the future.
