Nice and bright two-room apartment on the first floor of a quiet building located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods of Florence. It consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The apartment is located 3 minutes from Campo di Marte station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. The Campo di Marte district is equipped with all services including bars, restaurants, characteristic clubs, supermarkets, buses, laundries.

Very nice apartment,very kind people，very good location 我们没通知房东就到了,房东让他爸爸风尘仆仆赶过来，老头一身汗。老先生给我们介绍了各处的设备，还推荐附近好吃的餐馆和冰淇淋点，超市。 客厅有沙发床，注意是床，厨房设备很全，客厅和卧室都要空调。 走到大路上有公交车站 非常感谢 强烈推荐
在佛罗伦萨三天，都入住在Alessandro的公寓里，真的是非常喜欢，超级棒，公交站、火车站都很近，到佛罗伦萨的景点完全可以步行，出行非常便捷，房间很大，可以放心独自的使用，厨房设备齐全，同时房间在一栋公寓里，入住非常安全，性价比也超级高，最值得感谢的是在入住当天，房东耐心等待了很久，真的是非常友善，带我们进房间很细心的讲解房间细节，居住在这个房间里，让我感受到家的温馨，也对佛罗伦萨好感倍增，感谢Alessandro
入住时等了一会儿房东爸爸、走的时候被要求严格按照退房时间离开。房间有点冷、其他都还好、房间距离一个小火车站比较近。交通方便。比较安静～房东推荐了一家饭店在球场附近，我们为了看球定的这里。看完球赛非常回家方便～

The apartment is located in one of the most sought-after and well-served neighborhoods of the city, near the historic center and under the hills of Fiesole and Settignano. The neighbourhood offers all kinds of services (supermarkets, excellent restaurants, shops, gardens, football and rugby stadium).
Just a 3-minute walk away you can find both the Campo di Marte train station and the bus stops for the historic center, which can also be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
You can easily walk to the historic center of Florence or reach it in 10 minutes by bus, as well as the beautiful hills of Fiesole.
The Firenze Sud motorway exit is just a 10-minute drive away.
