Superb air conditioned, 3 bedroom villa located - extremely close to the beach (5 mins walk away). It's also a secure gated community set in beautiful manicured gardens with a shared swimming pool. A 3 bedroom villa which is part of a secure gated community (24 hour security guards) - all have double beds which can accommodate 3 couples. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot is also available as well as a highchair - so makes it good for family holidays. The villa has an open plan living room and kitchen space which has double open doors onto the veranda with table and chairs overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens and shared pool. There is one bathroom upstairs and a separate extra toilet downstairs too. There is also a private parking space (in the driveway) at the back the property.

Ramdass ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, er hat mehrere Personen vor Ort, die zur Unterstützung bereit stehen Alle Personen in der Anlage sind überaus freundlich und nett. Die Lebensfreude ist ansteckend. Fast die gesamte Ausstattung im Haus wurde wurde erneuert. Die Anlage mit dem großen Pool und dem immer blühenden Park, große alte Bäume, das ist bei 34 C eine wunderbare Lösung Terrasse vor und hinter dem Haus, Sonne und Schatten somit immer zur Auswahl Ab dem frühen Morgen kommen schon die Katzen zu Besuch. Mit Sonnenaufgang wecken mit tollen Klängen die Vögel auf Fussläufig alles leicht erreichbar, Bus, Restaurants, Klinik, etc Einmal über die Straße und schon taucht man ein in den Indischen Ozean und genießt einen tollen Strand Flic en Flac ist der schönste Ort der Insel

Wir waren mit dem Bungalow von Ramdass sehr zufrieden und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit Ramdass war problemlos, die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Anlage ist sehr schön. Nur der Wasserdruck und die Wassertemperaturregulierung in der Dusche hätten besser sein können. Trotzdem top AirBnB, Danke!

Très bon logement, fonctionnel et complet. Emplacement idéal : à proximité de toutes les activités de flic en flac. Très belle plage à 2min, restaurants nombreux proches, supermarché et vendeur de fruits et légumes accessible à pieds en 5-10 min. Deux grandes terrasses. Accès à une grande piscine dans un jardin partagé magnifique, au calme. Gardiens adorables. Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants. Sur la plage : snorkeling, terrain de beach volley. Tous les équipements pour cuisiner, notamment un barbecue. Moustiquaires sur les lits, très appréciables. Compagnie des chats. Accès facile au conteneur à poubelles. Équipements pour les bébés. Petit point négatif : beaucoup d'humidité lorsqu'on est 4 locataires. Problème résolu en aérant constamment car absence de ventilation, ce qui semble être habituel dans les logements mauriciens.

Résidence paisible, jardin arboré, très belle piscine, 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Ramdass a été réactif à un problème de fuite d'eau . Magnifique séjour.

Flic-en-Flac is a seaside village on the western part of the island of Mauritius in the district of Rivière Noire. It's public white sandy beach is one of the longest and nicest on the island, its lagoon is protected by the surrounding coral reefs, the beach provide spectacular views over the Indian Ocean horizon and of Le Morne Brabant Peninsula located in the south west of Mauritius.
- Flic en Flac beach is extremely near to the villa ( 2 - 3 mins walk away).
- There's a mini supermarket ( SPAR ) which is about 7 mins walk away
- There are plenty of other local shops, restaurants and hotels (Hilton, Sugar Beach, Maradiva) nearby.
- There's a medical centre and a police station about 5 mins walk away.

出行信息

A car is not required as most amenities are close by. However, if you do want to explore the rest of the island on some days, a bus stop is 2 mins walk away and will take you to Port Louis (Capital) or Quatre Bourne (which has a vegetable/meat and flower market). In Quatre Bourne you can see how the locals live.
There are plenty of local car hire companies in the area too.

I am a grandfather who lives between the UK and Mauritius. I am new to airbnb hosting - and my IPad - so please bear with me while I get to grips with this. We have a lovely budget villa near the beach where we sometimes spend time with our family and friends and hope you can enjoy it too!
