Location - fantastic - private - close to restaurants and beach 80 m from your door. Boardwalk 50 m from your door. The photos were very realistic. It was brilliant to have your own private pool to use at your leisure. Bedrooms were good. Place was clean. We arrived late at night and Made organised pick up from the airport which was so helpful with our kids with us. Cleaners attended every day except Sunday so the place is kept in immaculate condition. We were lucky enough to meet the host. She was super friendly, responsive and helpful. Gave some great tips for restaurants and activities. Our aim was to have total rest & relaxation in a safe and secure spot with easy access to restaurants so this was perfect for our family. Sanur is a real nice safe family area. It is true as per previous reviews there is a new hotel/villas being built next door -workman were there from 11 am till 8 pm however we found the noise was minimal and had no affect on our stay.

What a great host and an absolutely perfect location. Due to our very late arrival, Made swapped contact details and advised us she was available at any time if we needed anything. Made ensured the Villa was equipped with the essentials to get us through the night ( ie snacks, milk, soft drinks, beers and even a cooked chicken). The Villa is in the perfect position and is as described. The Villa has an abundance of cold filtered water, a pool guy that attends a few times during the week and has 2 x cleaners that make the bed mop and make the place spotless everyday. Additionally it has netflix and all the rooms are air conditioned. I cannot thank Made enough for making our stay comfortable and highly recommend the Villa and the perfect location the it is located. We would recommend this Villa for your next journey

Neat and tidy villa a stones throw from the beach. Set in a gated villa village with security this Villa was comfortable for us(party of 3). However can’t go past mentioning the mega building going on right next door - Loud noises all day long and through some nights and a disconcerting crane hanging over us on many occasions. We did not let this ruin our stay but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

Excellent location! Villa had security, and is just a minute’s walk from the beach (direct access)! Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby too. Villa itself is very cozy, with daily housekeeping. Only down side is there are lots of mosquitoes, which I think is quite common in the area. Coils/sprays needed. Owner is very pleasant and prompt, and answered all our queries very promptly before our arrival. Villa might be a little older compared to the pictures, but we were all happy with what we had, especially with the great location and owner. Thumbs up! ☺️👍 I will come back again. :)

We were really looking forward to our stay in this beautiful villa with my friend. The villa is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, spacious rooms and great facilities. The pool access can be restricted with a fence if travelling with children. The only thing we weren't made aware of prior to booking is that there's a huge construction project, literally behind the villa (ICON Bali project). When we stayed there, they were working 24/7 with sometimes lighter noise at daytime and metallic noise and engines on at night or the other way around. Totally unpredictable, not able to sleep nor enjoying the pool (massive cranes moving above the villa when sitting in your sun loungers). The owner was very responsive on WA at the beginning but couldn't change anything. After 7 disturbed nights, we eventually left earlier and asked the refund of the last 2 nights but he never replied. I found it very unprofessional. I wish he had put some info on the villa description.
